Directions to
PRC Volleyball at Eakin Park

DIRECTIONS:

From Rt. 495, the Beltway in Virginia,

Take exit for Gallows Rd
    - If coming from the South, On exit
        Turn Left at light onto Gallows Road
        then Turn Left at next light onto Woodburn Road

   - If coming from the North, On exit
        Go straight thru light across Gallows Road onto Woodburn Road       

At light Turn/Bear right onto Tobin Road

You'll pass thru a neighborhood and go thru one Stop sign

Road narrows then the road "S" curves

Entrance to the park is on the Left at the end of the "S"

Three sand Volleyball courts are located in the far Right corner of the park, past the tennis courts, right of the baseball fields.

Information on Eakin Park:

Eakin Park is located near Fairfax Hospital.
It is a Fairfax County Public park and therefore, alcohol is prohibited
(Bring a large cup to pour your drink in)
It's a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the courts...

Also, Eakin Park is long and narrow, crosses a couple road
and includes a paved trail.
You cannot get to the Volleyball courts from Prosperity Avenue!
Well, actually you can, but it's a very long hike...

Things to Bring:

Drinks, Food, Chairs, Towels....
A "Have Fun" Attitude is a must
