Added 2003...I had gotten the rubbery half-skeleton-in-a-pot two years before but hadn't found a good resting place for it in my display.  My neighbors threw out this basket chair a year ago so I got it for free (I come from a long line of trash-pickers). It normally hangs innocently in the screened porch.  One day this past summer while sitting out there, I got the great idea...MAKE A TORTURE CHAIR!!!  
Using fishing line, I tied the skeleton up by the neck and to each side to get him to sit up properly.  A friend gave me the rubber handcuffs years ago.  I just pulled its hands through the upper squares and used the handcuffs to hold them in place.  I taped a large black trash bag, trimmed to fit, to the back of the chair.  A red spotlight was attached to the outside bottom of the chair and extended out in front of the basket shining upwards lighting the object.  This gave it an eerie appearance after dark.  It was hung from my son's basketball hoop in the driveway.  I quite proud of how it turned out.  This item was directly responsible for the increased spook-factor of the 2003 display.
